Hi Everyone! As you know, the Governor has allowed for us to gradually get back to seeing patients! With this new order, there will be some changes to our schedule, procedures, and protocols!
During our time away from the office, Dr. Ben has been working very hard to make sure that we have the enhanced PPE needed to keep our staff and patients safe, as well as installed new structural barriers. This is very important because we want to make sure that all of our patients, staff and families stay healthy! This new PPE update means we will probably look a little different the next time you see us! But don’t be afraid! We are still the same friendly people and we are excited to see you and help you achieve your beautiful, healthy smiles!
When you arrive at our office, you will sign in at the front desk. We will make sure that you’ve signed your COVID-19 Consent Form and ask you a few questions to make sure that it is safe for you to be seen. We will then have you wash your hands and wait to be called back for your appointment. We will begin with a special rinse to help reduce the amount of bacteria in your mouth. From there we will complete your appointment like usual! Future appointments will be scheduled chair side at the end of the appointment by the patient or a parent can call in to schedule!
We do ask that only the scheduled patient enter the office at this time if possible. This will help minimize the amount of people in the building and help promote social distancing. If your child isn’t comfortable being seen alone, an adult may accompany them, but we ask that you please bring and wear a mask.
If you or a family member has been sick or in close proximity to someone who is sick or running a fever in the past 48 hours, please call our office to reschedule your appointment.
To minimize the spread of germs, brushing sinks are now hand washing stations so please brush and floss at home prior to your appointment.
We will continue to get through this together! Stay healthy, stay home if you don’t feel well, brush your teeth, wash your hands, and keep smiling! 😁
If you haven’t done so already, please complete your COVID-19 Consent Form on our website:
